Score Application

Application-level risk scoring adapter. Receives a broad canonical body containing the application state needed for risk classification and returns a standardized risk profile (PD, LGD, EAD). The adapter fans out to downstream risk APIs on the customer side — each customer's adapter picks what it needs.
