Overview
The Fetch Party activity is used during the mortgage application process to retrieve comprehensive information about an individual, including:
- Personal information (name, birth date, gender, marital status)
- Contact information (addresses, phone numbers, email)
- Citizenship information
- Customer history (payment remarks, previous loans, etc.)
Usage
This activity is typically called during the stakeholder or KYC (Know Your Customer) processes to gather and validate applicant information.
Response Types
The activity returns one of two response types:
- PartyResponse: Contains the full party information when the lookup is successful
- InvalidPartyResponse: Returned when the party should be rejected in pre-screening (e.g., invalid NIN, blocked customer)
Integration Notes
- The NIN format should follow Norwegian fødselsnummer (national ID) standards
- Customer history events include payment reminders, charge-offs, and disbursements
- Address information supports both Norwegian domestic and foreign addresses
